1. Tracking vacations and sick time are more dependable
The biggest problem for the QuickBooks desktop users was the sick and vacation time tracking not working properly and accurately. This issue sometimes put business owners in a situation where they have to overpay their employees for these benefits.
But the new improvement in the QuickBooks 2019 will allow you to get a warning when an employee uses too much of the sick time. The two features of consolidated snapshot and tracked status of emailed invoice have been brought from the QuickBooks online to the QuickBooks desktop. With the snapshot feature, you can avoid the hassle of going to multiple screens by clicking on the history of one snapshot. And the tracking status feature will help you know when your invoice was viewed from the other end so that you can follow up with that particular invoice in a more precise way.
4. Credit transfer for customer and jobs
This new feature will help you to save a lot of time which was earlier wasted in creating credit memo for specific jobs to be applied. But you should know that the under this feature, a new account will be created which will be called as “Account for credit transfer” and you will have to use this account for performing the new function. Another thing to keep in consideration while using this account is that it is inactive and it zeroes out.
QuickBooks 2019 will embark the birth of a new era of accounting software as it being considered as the most of powerful and bug free accounting solution which has been developed by any accounting solution company till now. Although the official date of release hasn’t been confirmed by Intuit but you can expect it to come by the 3rd or 4th week of September.
